Baked Salad with Green & Yellow Vegetables

This salad is very healthy and is perfect for a party. ( For 7-8 people )

Sesame & Miso Chicken
 

Ingredients:

  • Angelo Pietro Shoyu Dressing 4 table spoon
  • Broccoli 1 each
  • Pumpkin( Peeled, seeds removed and diced ) 10oz
  • Bell pepper/Paprika ( Red,Yellow,Green ) 1 each
  • Green beans 4oz
  • Okra ( Sliced ) 8 each/ 1 pack
  • Tomato ( Large ) 1 each
  • Leaf vegetable or salad spinach 8 hand full
  • Olive oil 3 table spoon

Directions:

  1. Vegetables are cut into bite-size chunks.
  2. Boil the Broccoli, Green Beans and Okra lightly.
  3. Bake it 3-4 minutes in an oven at 200・ゑスーC after the Shoyu dressing is added.
  4. Finally dish out the salad spinach or arugula.
  5. The total preparation time will be around 40 minute.
