Baked Salad with Green & Yellow Vegetables
This salad is very healthy and is perfect for a party. ( For 7-8 people )
- Angelo Pietro Shoyu Dressing 4 table spoon
- Broccoli 1 each
- Pumpkin( Peeled, seeds removed and diced ) 10oz
- Bell pepper/Paprika ( Red,Yellow,Green ) 1 each
- Green beans 4oz
- Okra ( Sliced ) 8 each/ 1 pack
- Tomato ( Large ) 1 each
- Leaf vegetable or salad spinach 8 hand full
- Olive oil 3 table spoon
- Vegetables are cut into bite-size chunks.
- Boil the Broccoli, Green Beans and Okra lightly.
- Bake it 3-4 minutes in an oven at 200・ゑｽｰC after the Shoyu dressing is added.
- Finally dish out the salad spinach or arugula.
- The total preparation time will be around 40 minute.
